About Lauren

Hello, and welcome. My name is Lauren, and I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying). I’m so glad you’re here!

The name BridgeWell Therapy was inspired by my belief that healing involves building a bridge between your past and your present, helping you better understand where your struggles began and how they continue to shape your life today. Through reflection, insight, and meaningful therapeutic work, therapy can become the pathway from disconnection to self understanding, from self doubt to self trust, and from surviving to truly living.

I believe that therapy is about more than managing symptoms or getting through difficult moments. It’s about understanding the deeper roots of your experiences, the attachment patterns you developed, the messages you received about yourself, and the ways your early relationships continue to influence your thoughts, emotions, and connections with others. My goal is to provide a space where you feel genuinely seen, heard, and supported as we explore these experiences together.

While I welcome individuals facing a variety of challenges, I have a particular passion for supporting those who grew up with emotionally immature, unavailable, or inconsistent caregivers and who now find themselves struggling with anxiety, people-pleasing, perfectionism, relationship difficulties, self worth, or body image concerns.

At BridgeWell Therapy, I’m here to walk alongside you as you build a bridge from where you are today to where you want to be, with compassion and understanding
