About Lauren
Hi, I’m Lauren! I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), and I’m so glad you’re here.
I’ve always been drawn to understanding people, the experiences that shape us, the relationships that stay with us, and the patterns we sometimes carry without even realizing it. I know opening up to someone new can feel vulnerable, so creating a space where you can feel comfortable, understood, and genuinely yourself is incredibly important to me.
The name BridgeWell Therapy comes from my belief that healing often means building a bridge between our past and present. The experiences and relationships we’ve had can shape how we see ourselves, connect with others, and move through the world today. Therapy gives us space to get curious about those patterns, understand where they came from, and decide what we want to carry forward differently.
My approach is warm, human, and collaborative. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, relationships, people pleasing, self worth, family dynamics, or simply trying to understand yourself a little better, you don’t need to have it all figured out before you begin.
We can start exactly where you are and build the bridge forward together.
How We’ll Work Together
Therapy isn’t a one size fits all. We’ll draw from different evidence based approaches based on what feels helpful, what you’re working through, and what you need along the way.
-
My journey into psychotherapy was inspired by a deeply personal desire to become the safe, compassionate presence I once had. I know how powerful it can be to have someone truly listen without judgment, help make sense of painful experiences, and offer support as you navigate uncertainty and growth. That belief continues to shape the way I work with every client.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to you. I don’t believe there is a one size fits all path to healing, and you don’t need to come to therapy knowing exactly what to say or where to begin. Together, we’ll explore your experiences, get curious about the patterns that may no longer be serving you, and better understand the ways your past may be showing up in your present.
I draw from attachment based, narrative, DBT, and CBT approaches, allowing us to balance deeper reflection with practical tools depending on what you need. My hope is that therapy becomes a space where you feel genuinely understood while building greater trust in yourself, more security in your relationships, and confidence in the life you’re creating.
