Healing Happens Through Connection, You Don’t Have To Do It Alone
Therapy for teens and adults who want to better understand themselves, break patterns that no longer serve them, and feel more secure in who they are and the relationships they build.
You overthink your relationships and everything you say or do.
You might be here because…
You put everyone else first and lose sight of yourself.
You carry the past with you, even though you’re ready for more.
You long for connection but struggle to feel really secure.
Therapy shouldn't feel like another place you have to perform
I know how intimidating it can feel to sit down with a therapist and suddenly be expected to talk about the most personal and vulnerable parts of your life. That's why one of the most important things to me is that therapy feels comfortable and human.
You don't need to have the right words, know exactly what you want to work on, or show up as the most put together version of yourself. My style is warm, conversational and collaborative, with room for humour, and honesty.
A lot of the people I work with are really good at being there for everyone else, but have a much harder time extending that same understanding to themselves. Together, we can start making sense of where your patterns came from, what they're protecting, and what you want to carry forward differently.
